After extensive training and specializing, starting with her Medical Degree at Monash University in Victoria, Australia, Dr Raelia Lew undertook RANZCOG (Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists) accredited Certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) training.
Fewer than 2% of Australian Obstetricians and Gynaecologists hold a CREI. It represents the highest level of Australasian post-graduate training in IVF Reproductive Endocrinology, Advanced Minimally-Invasive Gynaecology Surgery, Comprehensive Fertility Care, Andrology (Male Fertility and hormone management) and Assisted Reproductive Technologies.
Raelia’s passions are health promotion and education in fertility. She believes that quality education, delivered in the right way at the right time, can empower women and couples to make the best choices in life.
Hanya has known Raelia for many years, having worked on growing her business – Women’s Health Melbourne. They chatted about what she has been up to recently and her plans for the future of her practice.
Raelia has her own podcast ‘Knocked Up’, answering all your questions about fertility, pregnancy and women’s health.
