Dr Belinda Welsh founded the Sunbury Dermatology and Skin Cancer Clinic in Victoria, Australia, in 2002. Dr Cara McDonald joined her as a business partner and Complete Skin Specialists was born. 4 years later this has proved to be a wise decision, as the practice is flourishing with 6 dermatologists, cosmetic services and has celebrated the opening two satellite clinics.
